Steve Hubbard brings over 40 years of experience in the food service industry, excelling in leadership roles that drive operational success, including 5 years in independent restaurant operations and 30 years with Applebee’s, where he progressed from Kitchen Manager to Senior VP of Operations, overseeing 56 locations.

Kristen Greve began working for Great Wraps in 2012, excelling in a multitude of roles in her tenure with the company. Kristen directs our franchise sales program, guiding prospective franchisees through the steps of joining our system.

Chris Bewley began his career in restaurant management over 35 years ago. Chris has had years of experience at each level of restaurant management with major brands including Arby’s, LongHorn Steakhouse, and Willy’s Mexicana Grill, and brings extensive knowledge of P&L, labor, and food cost analytics with him.
